Subject: Needs Assessment for your community partner
Hello,
We are reaching out today to ask for your participation. We are conducting a problem gambling needs assessment project to obtain input and feedback from our partners serving their communities in our 15-county region. This project is being conducted by the New York Council on Problem Gambling and the OASAS Division of Addiction Treatment and Recovery in an effort to develop strategies based on community input and data for expanding recovery and treatment support for all people affected by gambling harm.
I have enclosed a link below for an anonymous, 8-question needs assessment survey that will take you no more than 5 minutes to complete. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PG3XLCY
Would you please complete this survey by Oct 1st. We would love your feedback and perspective for the Albany County Community in which you work or live. If you know of anyone else in your community who should participate in this survey, please share this email and the link above. Thank you so much,
